What gets deleted

When you delete your Trenzitt account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile (name, email, phone, bio, website, location, picture).
• Your Instagram or Google OAuth tokens stored on our servers.
• Your cached Instagram insights and engagement statistics.
• Your campaign drafts, applications and pitches.
• Your Auto-DM rules, delivery logs, pending replies and recipient opt-out records.

Successful in-app deletion removes your account from our active database immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days after verification. Records we are required to keep by law (for example, financial or tax records) are retained for the legally mandated period.

Option 1 — Delete from your dashboard

If you are signed in, you can delete your account right now using the form below. This will also revoke our access to your Instagram or Google account on our side; you may additionally remove Trenzitt from Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites or your Google account permissions.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot sign in or have already removed the app from Instagram/Google, email contactus@trenzitt.com from the address associated with your account. Include your Trenzitt user name and the Instagram or Google email used to sign up. We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

If you received an Instagram Auto-DM but do not have a Trenzitt account, you can still request access to or deletion of your Auto-DM data. Include your Instagram username and the username of the account that sent the message. We may ask for proportionate proof that you control that Instagram account; never send your password, access token or an identity document by email. You can request that we retain only the minimal opt-out record needed to prevent further automated replies.

Option 3 — Removing Trenzitt from Instagram

You can remove Trenzitt's access to your Instagram account at any time without contacting us:

1. Open Instagram and go to Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find Trenzitt under Active.
3. Tap Remove.

When we receive a verified revocation notice from Instagram, we delete the stored access token, cached insights, automation rules, delivery logs and pending replies. Minimal opt-out records remain so reconnecting does not restart unwanted messages. To also delete your Trenzitt profile and remaining Auto-DM records, use Option 1 or Option 2.
