What gets deleted

When you delete your Trenzitt account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile (name, email, phone, bio, website, location, picture).
• Your Instagram or Google OAuth tokens stored on our servers.
• Your cached Instagram insights and engagement statistics.
• Your campaign drafts, applications and pitches.

Deletion is processed immediately and irreversibly within 30 days. Aggregated and anonymised analytics may be retained. Records we are required to keep by law (for example, financial or tax records) are retained for the legally mandated period.

Option 1 — Delete from your dashboard

If you are signed in, you can delete your account right now using the form below. This will also revoke our access to your Instagram or Google account on our side; you may additionally remove Trenzitt from Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites or your Google account permissions.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot sign in or have already removed the app from Instagram/Google, email contactus@trenzitt.com from the address associated with your account. Include your Trenzitt user name and the Instagram or Google email used to sign up. We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Option 3 — Removing Trenzitt from Instagram

You can remove Trenzitt's access to your Instagram account at any time without contacting us:

1. Open Instagram and go to Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find Trenzitt under Active.
3. Tap Remove.

When Instagram notifies us of the revocation, we delete the stored access token. To also delete your Trenzitt profile and stats, use Option 1 or Option 2.
